Asked when I can pick up the worker say don’t know when fixed. This kind of shop’s attitude have their service like post office Amazon etc othe customer service. Ridiculous.

- AAASHJan 4, 20211.0This has always been my go to for all post office issues as not only is it convenient to get to but the lady who had worked here for some years was always, chatty, friendly and helpful. Sadly she has left and the since then I have also consistently experienced nothing but poor service at this post office. In recent months the new person works here is rude, uncommunicative to the point that he refuses to speak to you. I have recently paid for Special Delivery and he failed to provide me with the proper tracking documents. I am not sure whether this was due to incompetence or he has deliberately charged me for a service that i dont have. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS POST OFFICE AGAIN UNTIL THIS MAN IS REPLACED.
